Outright Stands Against Racism
Outright Vermont has partnered with the YWCA of Vermont to Stand Against Racism!
Racial justice advocates will stand together in Burlington April 30, 5pm at City Hall on Church Street to celebrate Vermont’s commitment to racial equity. Individuals will have the opportunity to share their positive wishes for communities that are safe, respectful, and energized by their diversity. We’ll create a visual display of our commitment to working together for racial equity. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll be inside City Hall.
Youth ages twelve and older will get together to make posters, decorate masks, and discuss culture, identity, and diversity inside City Hall from 2pm until joining the 5pm stand on Church Street. For the youth portion, RSVP to Kristen at YWCA Vermont at (802) 862-7520, or email email@example.com
